My son has got white patches on tongue.. Not sure what it is.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. white colour of the tongue might be due to either simple coated tongue and if it is not going away by finger cleaning or cloth cleaning and it appears thdat the child is having pain as well as is not taking feeds then you will have to rule oudt fungal infection of the tongue.
