Which one is better? Woodwards Gripe water OR Himalaya Bonnisan.

can give bonnisan drops or gastica drops which has natural ingredients once a day for good digestion.
give ample playtime during the day as moving the body keeps the bowel moving and increases apetite improves digestion releases gases.
give a gap of three hours between the feeds so that the previously taken food is digested well

but if you want to give to your baby then firstly consult doctor once and start with small amount
