Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Oats should be given only after one year completion as it is a bit heavy for digestion. Give easily digestible homemade healthy foods like homemade Cerelac, ragi, mashed bananas, apple purée, daal or chaaval paani in small quantities. Continue breastfeeding. Give sips in between meals.
