Hello my son 6 months now can I give him oats? if yes, can you suggest me any?

A. hello actually always start of the semi solid kind of homemade food items you can use cerelac or ragi porrridge dal rice oats is preservative so I would like to suggest to avoided sometimes it is ok but not on regular basis that to after few months
