As of now you can first let the baby get used to some semi solids
gradually high fibre food such as oats can be given preferably by age of 8 month onwards

Give your baby easily digestible, home-made healthy foods and keep hydrated along with daily breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
