when i start to give oats for my almost 6 month baby, and which oats is good( baby oats or any other oats) and how to prepare it?

Dear mom six month onwards when you plug the starting giving food to your baby in semi-liquid form you can start giving oats also it is very easy if you can prepare a porridge out of them are it can be inmilk or in form of a Khichdi and you can blend it properly in a liquid form so that baby can easily intake a recipe you can get on YouTube very easily you can make use of rolled oats and it is very normally available in the marketWrite Your Answer Here
