Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Only use ointment/cream or anti rash cream on suggestion of doctors. You can use virgin coconut oil on diaper rashes, apply thin layer on rashes and leave for 10-15 minutes put on loose pants to avoid touching and irritation on rashes.
