Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. no soap or cream can make the baby skin fairer.. dear Every baby is beautiful.. each child is a different kind of flower.. you can use Olive oil to massage.. you can use ubtan as besan haldi milk to bath the baby..
