But make sure you eat in smaller quantity like half a bowl in a day and avoid repeating the fruits in a day. Once in a day one fruit that should be enough. Avoid papaya, pineapple, citric fruits. Any vegetables any fruits or any pulses it should be taken half a bowl once in a day.
