A. Hi mom Give all that you cook for your family. Try to add new varieties of food so that baby gets all the nutrition. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
