Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl5 years agoA. Hello ma’am I would advise you to go for Cetaphil lotion as that’s one of the best and safest lotions that you can apply for heat rashes. Apply it minimum twice a day and see if the rashes subside completely and do not reappear them very well and good and if neither or either of the things do not happen then it would be better to consult a paediatrician ones
