it will dissolve mucus in nose and throat.
for fever and pain give paracetamol.
anti-cold medicines at thisb age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

give your baby steam  at least three times a day put nasal drops in nose for easy breathing put ajwain potli that is ajwain roast on pan and wrap in muslin cloth nearby him so that he can breathe easily keep his head elevated while sleeping if your baby is 6 months or older you can rub Vicks on his foot or otherwise rub on his clothes u can ask ur doctor for coriminic drops
