you can use just on diaper area if necessary otherwise there's no need..
if still you wanna use..
opt for any baby brand. .. take a generous amount on hand then apply.. don't spray

Maintain hydration
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Give adequate feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
