Q.
Whether eating shark will increase the breast feading milk ????I heared there is a high level mercury content in shark will affect baby ......Kindly give me some clear explanation ?????

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist8 years agoA. shark has high mercury content. its supposed to be avoided in pregnancy and breastfeeding. have all fruits, veggies in your diet. home cooked fresh indian food with indian spices is perfect for breastfeeding mother. most important of all maintain good hydration. drink lots of fluids to avoid constipation in this period. continue taking calcium supplements. more you feed more is the milk.
