When will I feel normal after c section my deleivery date was 7,3,2021

Recovering From C-section takes a lot of time at least for initial three months you will have to take proper rest and everything and slowly gradually the stitches are going to heal within the time of 8 to 9 months so have patience just take good care of yourself do not lift anything heavy do not bend down do not start with exercises as of now and over the period you’ll feel better
