When to start exercise after C- section?

A. Minimum after six months you can go ahead with basic work out like us walking and all and hard core exercise if you look for any then you’ll have to go ahead with after 9 to 10 months because it’s very important that you are C-section stitches should heal completely first and you should be physically fit to go ahead with any kind of workoutWrite Your Answer Here
