you can use any kids brand small head soft bristles age appropriate toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of nonfluoridated flavoured age appropriate kids toothpaste like colgate natural colgate kids

as you notice the first tooth you can start brushing...
it is important to maintain good oral hygiene brushing twice is recommended...
