when my belly will came proper shape .would I start workout after 6 month to reduce my weight

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
