Q.

When my 2month old baby sleeps, I put on “om” chanting .. this helps him to relax and it’s a sleep cue for him.. is it ok? Does it have any side effects or long term effects?

A. hi your baby is 2 months old now there are no side effects on hearing chanting of om.infact in few nicu it has been used to relax the baby .
