when I wear bra there was rashes on my breast... please reply what to do?

Do wash n sun dry it properly, try changing new one, still problem persist, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic medicine
Avoid spicy food in your diet
Apply candid ointments or calamine lotion
