when I start exercise after c section and tubectomy

A. It is recommended to start only light exercises after 6 weeks of C-section delivery and continue doing it till the time you are comfortable. Begin slowly with few Yogasnas, walking and breathing exercises. Same with tubectomy. Consult your doctor before doing any heavy workout or lifting heavy things.
