When I could start exercising after delivery

A. six weeks. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. U Should wait for a minimum of six months and also it would completely depend on the kind of delivery you have had for a normal delivery you can have to start after 3 to 4 months and if you have had a C-section then you’ll have to wait for 6 to 8 months also you should not do hard core exercises and dieting because it is going to affect your breast feeding as well
