ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. There is no need to give gripe water to the baby as it is not needed and make sure you burp baby after feeding by holding him across your shoulder and if baby is having any digestion related issues then give bonnisan drops to the baby
