When get periods good for health after delivery? One month or 6 months?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. periods can occur anytime in between one year after delivery till then no need to worry just have regular breastfeeding to a baby till 6 to 7 months and maintain a healthy nutritious diet intake with adequate water intake
