babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months..
during the teething phase kids show various signs like soarness and itching in the gums

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Sometimes it can happen anytime by four months. Or even before four months too it happens for few babeis. Sometimes six months sometimes even a year untill 1.5 years most babies will start to have by 11 months.
