when can we start weight loss workout after delivery

A. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. initially start with brisk walk. slowly switch to activities as per body comfort .

A. Hello dear parent! Let your body heal post delivery. Ideally after 6 months you can start exercising after consulting your doctor. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
