when can we start cycling post c-section?

A. you have to wait at least 5 to 6 months for doing any moderate exercises like disc walking cycling there must be proper healing and strength in abdominal muscles . .

A. You should wait for atleast 6 months after c section before starting with any heavy exercise or cycling. Even before starting cycling, please consult your gynaecologist regarding this. Meanwhile, you can go for a brisk walk everyday for atleast 30 mins. You can start doing Surya Namaskar after consulting with your doctor.
