When can I start workouts after c section delivery? Also suggest me what all I can do to reduce weight

A. dear mom you can do mild walks for 15 to.20 mins once a day when you will feel better can increase it to twice a day, for intense exercise check with your doctor as of now you are breasfeeding so eat good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well this will help in better quality of milk and also weight loss
