When can I lift heavy objects after c-section delivery

A. You can start doing minimal household chores after completion of eight weeks post surgery,provided your post-operative period was uneventful and your wounds have healed completely .you have to avoid unnecessary bending or heavy weight lifting until six months.

A. After 4 to months if you feel okay and good you can lift heavy objects. But it also depends on how much heavy the object is heavy. If the object is super heavy I will suggest you to not lift at least upto 6 months after delivery

A. hello it can take around 2 to three months months for you to recover post delivery .. post that you can start lifting small objects but avoid lifting to every objects as it can affect your body
