A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because juthe child lacks confidence of walking independently.

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question you can go ahead and start with solid once you get a go ahead from your pediatrician when you go for a six month vaccination please ensure that she completes a 6 months and then you can start always start with match Rise and then after a few days you can add Mein chaal and then gradually introduce fruit and vegetable puree just make sure there is no salt or sugar added until she turns 1 year old
