Hello ma’am Initial teeth with which ever a child gets are milk teeth and you’re bound to fall to have a proper teeth after that so after the age of 6 to 7 years kids start to have their previous teeth fall and whatever teeth come next are of permanent quality and texture. It is just like how the hair growth to a child from the time of birth
