shreya goelMom of a 8 yr 1 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello mom Your baby is just four months also you should not start giving any sort of meals and water to your baby. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk. Mother’s milk contains all the nutrition is way we need so there is no need to give anything else to your baby till your baby turned six months old Happy parenting
