What type of exercises should we do after 13 weeks of pregnancy ?

A. during pregnancy it is always advisable to have regular daily walking at least twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes and you should not do any Complex posters of exercise or yoga first have proper consultation with your doctor if all things are normal only then you can do all this

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to consult with your gynaecologist as she knew the exact situation of your pregnancy and can guide you better and safest exercise is walk twice a day and also can do yoga with a help of expert . Take care
