A. Hello mom prefer easy to digest foods only and fluids to keep yourself well hydarted . you can take panjiri , dry fruits , milk , green leafy vegetables such as drumstick leaves , fenugreek leave, flax seeds, oats , garlic , jeera , ajwain , saunf water etc
