ReshmaMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy6 years agoA. hello momma new born babies usually do not constipate. as they are exclusively on breast milk it's possible for them to stay without pooping even for ten days.just make sure she is hydrated that is having breast milk and is peeing more than six times a day
