meeta agarwalMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello mommy, The normal hCG levels for twins is 30% to 50% higher than in single pregnancy- somewhere around 200 to 1750 mIU/ml. The level of hCG may double every 2-3 days in early pregnancy. Low levels of hCG may be detected in a woman's blood 8-11 days after conception. Sometimes with multiples, there is a higher, early trend in hCG levels. Twin and multiple pregnancies may also have 30-50% higher hCG levels than for one baby.
