HemishaMom of a 4 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. So I'm serving my 9mo bub from the family pot minus the salt and the spices. Let the child explore all the textures, flavors, offer alot of variety and help him develope a healthy relationship with food with no aversion to any taste. Can offer 3 meaps a day + 1snack if keen amd accepting.
For toys, if the child is teething you can offer teethers and soft silicon or wooden toys with smooth edges. Avoid using pointed/sharp/ plastic toys since they put alot of things into their mouth at this age. They'll enjoy toys like stack up rings, motion toys, bright colourful boards, picture books, playmats, etc.
