what is the use of "dill oil, fennel oil with simethicone drops" COLIC ACID drops. why v want to give

A. Doctors even prescribe this for new born kids for constipation. What we have to check is for dosage. Better try natural remedies like performing tummy oil massage, feeding milk, if it is breast feeding mom should drink more water. As a mother of one month baby I have followed these natural remedies and it worked for me. Why to go for medicines when nature 🌿🍃 can heal.

A. Usually colic drops and medicines are given in order to get rid of the gastric trouble which the children are having which most of the children face but if it is too excessive then usually medicine as prescribed
