what is the recommended food for this age?

A. Dear mum for 9 month old girl you can add home cooked foods gradually you can add cereals pulses or paneer you can add fruits and vegetables you can add three main meals as well as small snacks in between apart from breastfeeding you can also start with eggs gradually if all goes well you can continue

A. hi...Between 8 and 10 months, you can introduce new textures of food slowly. You can start by offering mashed versions of the food you have already introduced rather than pureeing them. For example, offer mashed avocado and banana instead of pureeing them. The babies don’t need teeth to eat the chunky foods as they already have strong gums by this age. At this stage, you can mix one or more foods that the baby has been already comfortable with. Continue following the three- day rule when introducing any more new foods and continue offering sips of water regularly
