Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! The usual gap between kids is 3 years.
After delivery it takes one year to recover completely. During pregnancy, delivery, breastfeeding more calcium, iron is required so an ideal gap of other two years to regain calcium, iron levels, harmonal balance and meanwhile baby also grew up and able to do his/her basics (potty training , brushing, asking necessities).
