A. ye sthis is standard dose. Worms are due to poor hygeine in toddlers so worms found in stool so you should give syp bandy plus 10 ml  one full dose stat  at night after a heavy meal and repeat after 2 weeks of first dose. You can also do deworming every 3 to 6 mnths . Maintain hand hygeine train baby to wash hands with soap before meals.
