what is the difference between shelcal XT and shelcal 500. i am 6mths pregnant and dr has asked me to take shelcal XT

A. hi mom shelcal xt contain vit d and vit b in addition to calcium .. so it is better than shelcal ... take milk and milk products all seasonal fruits and vegetables
