A mother can have normal food which is less spicy and less oily after c section
Keep a note of food u take and any problem u face after intake of any particular food and then later avoid taking that
Have more of vegetables, fruits, whole wheat roti, ragi, oats, daliya, dal, steamed sprouts, paneer, fresh curd, milk, ajwain, methidana, sauf, sesame seeds in your diet that will help to increase quantity and quality of milk
Restrict excessive intake of ghee rich ladoo and foods
Water 3-4litre every day and if u underwent c sec recently then rest as much as u can specially till the area of surgery heals completely
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please continue vitamins and supplements after delivery prescribed by doctor. also. have home nmade food and fresh fruits. and add more green leaves vegetables and dairy products.
