Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 4 m old girl5 years agoA. ir may be viral . There is wheather changing that effects children mostly viral infection with cough and cold. You can give Steam at home; asthakind syp 2.5 ml 3 times a day, syp calpol 5ml for fever. No antibiotic for now. If any breathing problen then consult dr in person
