ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist6 years agoA. It is a probiotic suspension given to the babies in case of diarrhoea in an order to replenish the gut bacteria. In diarrhoea the local bacteria get washed away leading to increased diarrhoea.
