Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever come and small eruptions may be seen in hands foot face and other parts of the bodfy along with oral ulcerations so give plenty of liquids to maintain proper hydration and maintain a good hygiene . Sodme multivitamin syrup along with antihistamine can be given . For oral ulcer dologel can be applied locally
