what food should we take for lower back pain

A. continue to take the calcium and Vitamin D supplements as prescribed by doctor have a balanced nutritious diet consisting of variety of food groups especiallyally calcium foods , low fat milk and its products ( about 500 ml per day), almonds, amaranth or rajgira vegetable and atta, ragi, drumstick leaves, broccoli, okra, fish with Edible Bones, soya adequate exposure to sunlight
