NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello lower back pain can be due to calcium difficiency and it would be better to have calcium rich food in the diet and also you can check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
