U Then start doing some basic yoga exercises like you should try to sit in Vajrasana you should try to do butterfly pose and their other exercises also if you want to do any kind of an exercise you should always take a medical guidance for this a yoga teacher can train you for this who is expert in the pre natal yoga and also you can start doing perineal massage regularly
