What dose of Calcium and vitamin D can be given to 3 year old without doctors prescription?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 1 m old boy5 years agoA. you can give 400 units of vitamin D daily to the child as a maintenance dose but you cannot give calcium without medical consultation because it is given according to the daily need of the child as well as according to deficiency
